EXCHANGES
Korkers is happy to assist with size or model exchanges. All return rules apply to exchanges – the items must be new, unworn, completely clean, clear of animal fur or hair, with tags intact and packaging in good condition. Any items worn outside or damaged – i.e. not immediately resellable - are not applicable for exchange for any reason.
Process 1: For faster exchanges, please head to https://korkers.loopreturns.com to set up a regular return-for-refund on your incorrectly sized item. Following that step, please contact customerservice@korkers.com or head to https://korkers.com/pages/contact-us and let us know your order number and indicate that you are making an exchange, and we will provide a free shipping code to use to re-order the item in the updated size through korkers.com.
Process 2: For traditional exchanges, head to https://korkers.com/pages/contact-us and send our customer service team an exchange request. Please include your original order number, your reason for exchange, and the information on the new sizing/model you would like to exchange for. Our customer service agents will reply promptly with a return label and exchange information, and will swap for the requested item when the original order is returned. This process can take 2-3 weeks in total for processing and shipping - if exchanges are needed more rapidly, please complete Process 1.
Please note that any items that are damaged, dirty, missing components, or do not otherwise qualify for a return or exchange are subject to being returned to customer and the return/exchange canceled.

Products purchased from Korkers.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, if they are in their original condition – unused, with all included sole/accessories, all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A refund of the product cost and taxes will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of returned product. Shipping and handling charges for the delivery and return shipping will not be refunded. Proof of purchase may be required.
Items should be returned in a condition that can be resold, including protecting the original packaging/boxes whenever applicable. Korkers branded packaging/boxes must be wrapped in an external barrier – either another box or shipping plastic wrap – to protect the packaging. Incorrectly wrapped or handled packaging will be subject to re-packaging charges, if necessary.
Issues with fit/wear on footwear that has been worn outdoors and do not qualify for refund/exchange, such as rubbing, blisters, or other wear/fit related issues do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Please contact customerservice@korkers.com with a description of your issue, and we will assist on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure footwear is tried on and tested in a clean environment before using outdoors.
All sales outside of the United States and Canada are FINAL, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products purchased from an authorized Korkers retailer should be returned to the selling retailer. If, for any reason, they are unwilling to accept your return, please contact us directly.
